I’m not gonna lie, I’m a little embarrassed about what I am about to post… But fuck it..

I’m doing Insanity and trying to launch my BeachBody business. So I’ve been blogging about about my goals, aspirations, and my introduction into Insanity. I’d love for people to read it, understand what I am doing, and help keep me honest in this battle.

Day off

I had today off; I spent the past twelve days working and just needed a little longer than a weekend to recoup.

I didn’t do much. I woke up, had coffee, watched CNBC , took a nap, and then spent some time taking a few photos. I already posted the Lola photos. I need to post the flower photos.

I also spent a bit of time working on my Beachbody Coaching business.

I adopted a puppy back in February. I didn’t think it’d be a big deal; how hard could raising a puppy be? If I only knew then what I know now.

I got her when she was about four weeks old. A tiny little spit fire of disobedience. She is adorable but extremely trying.

When she came home from the pound she was all of three pounds. Her belly was full of worms, and she had kennel cough. I’m glad to say that she’s worm and kennel cough free and she’s six times her size.

Lola is a Beagle and Jack Russell mix. She has the nose of a Beagle and the energy of a Jack Russell. She wears me out.

We’ve had some vet issues with her vaccines. She just had her last lepto vaccine on Wednesday. Hopefully that means were out of the woods.

Time to move away from 1and1
