more gym, more running

I’ve been a slacker. I’ve not ran in oh a very long time, and I have a 5k tomorrow.  Not really looking forward to the event, as I am sure it will suck.Nutrition has been off and so has the cardio.   Work and school has been pretty much kicking my butt.To top it off, I am a food and decided I wanted to take a programming language class for the Spring Quarter at CSCC (all on-line, of course).I will get through it all, but I just need stuff to fill up my time because I’ve been feeling kind of down emotionally.
