vonage and 7,500 miles

A few days ago I got a notice from Mileage Plus basically stating that if I sign up for Vonage they will offer it to me at a cheaper rate for six months (19.99) and I get 7,500 mileage points for signing up.

I’ve never used vonage and I don’t really want a home phone service when I move but this almost seems too good to pass up.

Do any of you use vonage or have any recommendations?
