Police are investigating what they call a “suspicious death” after a woman’s body was found behind a house Sunday afternoon.

The owner who was fixing up the house found the woman. Lancaster police are treating this as a homicide, but investigators say they see no signs of physical trauma.

People living in the neighborhood say it’s safe, regardless of what happened.

Investigators say they are still trying to determine who this woman is.
